Dr. Ong is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry. He has been in private practice since 1982. He specializes in childrens' vision care and contact lenses, CRT overnight CLs. Dr. Ong also provides care for laser refractive patients. Dr. Ong is a past-president for Sunnyvale Community Services. Currently he is President for the Bay Area Optometric Council and he is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clara County Optometric Society. He has been on the board of directors for Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Leadership Sunnyvale, City of Sunnyvale Parking District, Sunnyvale Community Services, Santa Clara Optometric Society. Dr. Ong also serves the Sunnyvale Host LIONS, helping needy school children for their vision care.
